FAQ
One flat annual price — $50 Starter, $200 Growth, $500 Business. No per-seat math; the user count on each tier is a cap, not a multiplier. Adding teammates within the cap costs nothing extra.
Contact us — teams of 50+ are sold via our Enterprise plan, which adds SSO, audit logs, data residency, and dedicated support.
The Free tier is for evaluating the product on a small team. Upgrade to Starter at any time to raise the cap.
Posting is paused until you upgrade — your existing messages aren't deleted, and search continues to work within the 30-day window. Active small teams typically hit the cap within a month or two and upgrade to Starter to keep going.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated against your remaining year. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
Agents stop responding until the next UTC day. Both per-user and team-wide daily token caps apply: a single power user can't burn through the team's budget, and a busy team can't either. Upgrade for higher caps.
Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Your workspace stays on the paid plan through the end of the period you've already paid for; after that it drops back to Free automatically. No phone-call retention loops, no early-termination fees.
Primary regions today are US, Frankfurt, and Singapore. Business tier offers data-residency selection. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Fair usage
alifTeams plans are designed for normal business collaboration usage. To ensure reliable performance for all customers, plans may include fair usage limits related to storage, AI features, automations, integrations, message volume, and excessive resource consumption.
Customers exceeding normal usage patterns may be contacted to upgrade to a higher plan or enterprise offering.
