Arabic translation pass + RTL polish

Workspace shell, tasks table, agents modal, settings, billing, members, new-channel and new-DM modals fully translated; remaining locales fall back to English via the i18n table.
RTL fixes: mention chip renders @handle correctly, message hover toolbar pops out on the left, channel name aligns to the right edge, unread badge pins to the left, thread divider visible.
Locale-aware message timestamps + relative-time (just now / Xm ago / Xh ago / Xd ago).

Title cell styled as a clickable link with the same blue as mentions and thread replies.
Filter row search pinned to the trailing edge in both LTR and RTL.
Status filter now includes Archived so archived tasks can be viewed without leaving the list.
List/Board view toggle hidden — table is the only view for now.

Comp/internal accounts — staff can flip any organization onto a paid tier without going through Stripe, with the Stripe webhook respecting the comp lock.
Stripe mode toggle in /admin — switch between sandbox and live without restarting the API.
